Advanced Workshop
The understanding and modelling of auxin transport in plants.
University of Nottingham, 14 -16 May 2008Summary: The workshop aims to promote interactions between experimental researchers and modellers from life science, engineering, computer science and mathematical backgrounds. The three days auxin transport workshop is split into six themed sessions:
- Root growth and development
- Vascular patterning
- Phyllotaxis
- Modelling software
- Shoot branching control
- Model Parameterisation
Numbers of participants are limited. Students and postdocs are strongly encouraged to participate. Additional speakers will be selected from abstracts submitted for oral presentations.
